    Always Believe!

    Always Believe!

Have you ever thought about what life would be like if we didn’t have road blocks on our path to guide us and redirect us? We always think we know how things are going to turn out, but they never really end up that way, do they? All I have to say is, thank goodness we have something bigger than us to guide us and redirect us.

Did I ever think that I would be where I am today? No. I honestly thought that I would be married at the age of 23, then 27, then 30… and here I am not married, no kids, no family. Something bigger than me is making life happen for me just the way it is supposed to. That same exact thing is happening for you too.

Let Your Intuition Guide You, Always

Have you ever looked back at life and said, “Man, I really dodged a bullet there!” At times we feel we know best, but do we really? We’d like to think we do, but we don’t. There is so much more than just us. Yes we can go through life making up our own decisions and logically evaluating life, but would your life be better if you relied on your intuition and that still, small voice that guides you?

I say, listen to that voice that speaks when you need it most.

I believe that we all have a purpose in this life. We have a mission to accomplish and a plan to execute while we are here. I also believe that we pick our team to work with while we are here on this Earth. Now, can we change that and redirect? Of course we can!

We are drawn to the things that aid us on this path, such as hobbies, relationships, places. Certain things make our heart sing in order to guide us, kinda like leaving bread crumbs through the forest like Hansel and Gretel. This brings me back to the intuition, that gut feeling you get, the voice that speaks to you internally. That is your guide. Use it! Listen to it when it speaks and honor it.

Look back at the pathways you’ve followed and why. I’m sure you’ll see how things have just magically worked out the way that it was supposed to.

    Believe!

So much is meant for us in this life, never give up on living your dream. You can do it! You can accomplish what  you want, in the way it is supposed to be done. Don’t settle, don’t underestimate yourself.

So much more is possible when you believe in something so much more, regardless of what you believe. A higher power, or God, is so important to bring into your life. It brings hope, love, an open heart. Life ends up being that much more!

    Surrender

When life gets hard, stop fighting it. The more we hold onto something that isn’t supposed to be there, the harder it pulls in the other direction. Look at things in the sense of surrender. See everything as a lesson, and continue to press forward with the glass half full. See things through a lens of personal development and growth, life tends to be so much better and practicing non-attachment becomes so much easier.

When you go into things with a concept of surrendering to something more than yourself, control is absent. You believe in something more and trust whatever is in store for you. Life becomes better and you follow the path that is laid out for you to follow, which always brings happiness. Life feels whole, it feels perfect. Is it perfect? No, it never is. But somewhere deep down you have an understanding of the self and where you are supposed to be, that brings happiness and a sense of things being perfect.

About Me

About Me

Ashlee Brooke

Hello Everyone, I'm Ashlee!
I started this blog to help others find their footing along the Spiritual Path because I felt lost and confused on my own.
I am an Ashtanga Student, Student of Ayurveda, Reiki Master, and Spiritual/Life Coach.
My passion is Personal Development. My goal is to help you leave with something that supports you along your path towards enlightenment.
I share the knowledge that I have, and my life experiences, in hopes that it gives you some tools to help you along your own journey in this world.
My intuition is my guide, so I do encourage you to listen to the small voice inside of you and let that be your guide as well. I do not talk about specific religions, because it is your journey to figure out what resonates with you the most. However, I do talk about my personal experiences and am a strong believer of trusting the process.
Salt Lake City, Utah is currently my home and I love it so very much. I grew up in Las Vegas, but when my life shifted, so did my home.
I live in SLC with my little pup, Bella. She is my world.
I enjoy a good Vegan restaurant, long conversations about life in coffee shops, and days filled with sunshine.
Thank you for following me on my journey and experiencing the ups and downs with me! <3
Om Shantih.
